I’m Rachel and I am founder and CEO of Chakra Kids, a global company supporting Children’s Mental Health by empowering children (approx 5-11) to manage and express their emotions at the point they feel them rather than suppressing them which can over time, lead to mental and phsycial health issues. 


I do this using fun and engaging holistic methods based on the body’s energy centres/chakras and the associated colours as well as through various products including a series of seven books about mental health monsters (with associated soft toy), 1 for each energy centre.


I work with schools, premier league football club foundations, via 1:1 sessions as well as online and  help children build up a toolbox of activities they can turn to whatever situation they find themselves in so they can learn to step into their truth and shine like the stars they are.
