Highgate Honey is a family run urban beekeeping company, based in North London. They produce micro batches of delicious honey and beeswax products when their bees have some to spare. They take great care of their bees – that includes promoting planting for pollinators.
Owner, Helen is an Italian-trained honey sommelier and uses her expertise to champion British honey. She runs honey-tasting workshops to educate people about all things honey and bees.
